CHEF CEZAR MUNTEANU

Short biography
For 14 years, Cezar Munteanu has worked in the diplomatic missions of Romania abroad, providing nutrition and nurture for personalities, politicians and heads of state around the world, but decided it best expresses himself home in Romania, where he wants to share experience of over 25 years of activity. He is a Senior Lecturer at the American Hotel Academy, Lecturer collaborator Culinary Academy “Exclusive” in Moscow, Chef Rotisseur-Roumanie-Baillage of the well-known International Gastronomy Association “Chaine de Rotisseurs”.

CHEF Cesar returned to Romania with a concrete mission: to change mentalities and to strive for a modern hospitality industry.
