Short Biography:
Professor of marketing at American Hotel Academy, Mark S. Rosenbaum, is the Department Chair and Professor in Retailing Department at University of South Carolina. He was a Fulbright Scholar in Cambodia 2009 and Nepal 2015. His research focuses on issues related to services such as social care among customers in shopping centers, nonprofit organizations, care of cancer patients, lack of ethics among buyers consumption among ethnic populations and behavior of shopping tourists.

Published in the Journal of Service Research, Journal of Services Marketing, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Retail and Consumer Services, Services Marketing Quarterly, Journal of Consumer Behavior, Senior Housing & Care Journal, Psychology & Marketing, Journal of Travel Research, Business Horizons Marketing Intelligence and Planning and Journal of Vacation Marketing, also has written numerous papers for national and international conferences but also published an impressive number of chapters in books.

Professor Rosenbaum is a partner of Service Industries Journal newspaper and is a member of the editorial board of Journal of Service research. Meanwhile, the service offers advice on marketing issues around Chicago working with renowned companies such as: Abbott, calamities, Jewel-Osco, Living Well Cancer Center, Turning Point Domestic Violence Agency and McDonalds.
