Advanced Diploma Requirements | American Hotel Academy

To gain access within the Advanced Diploma module, students are required to meet the following criteria:
1. Hold the Diploma in Hospitality Management awarded by Manhattan Institute of Management
2. Complete Internship I.

To be awarded the Advanced Diploma, students are required to obtain 140 credits by receiving passing grades for all four courses.

Module Description
The programme is designed as 140 credit qualification in international hospitality and tourism management, covering all the key management skills required for a management career in the sector. Students will attend a course of study of not less than 560 guided learning hours comprised of a mixture of tuition and guided self-study. The focus will be on developing analytical and evaluative skills in a global environment, responding to the opportunities and threats of the macro environment, while implementing quality improvement measures to the micro environment and addressing pre/real-time/post event management issues.
