This unit will teach the students how to manage the important human resources who provide services within a hospitality operation. They will discover the latest strategies for attracting employees, minimizing turnover, and maximizing productivity.
Unit learning outcomes
On successful completion of this unit students will be able to:
1.Evaluate and apply the knowledge and skills required to perform tasks of the human resources management
2.Examine and analyse the overall context in which hospitality HRM acts and its distinct concepts, and apply the overall situation to a specific hospitality HRM models.
