Unit description
This course is designed to provide students with the principles of supervision as they apply specifically to the hospitality industry, from recruiting to building a team and managing conflict.

Unit learning outcomes
On successful completion of this unit students will be able to:
1.Examine and analyse the contribution  of supervisors in hospitality industry while performing the main supervisory activities and developing supervisory skills
2.Evaluate and apply appropriate staff scheduling techniques according to the forecasting of sales and productivity standards
