
Year I: Foundations of Hospitality Management
The first year focuses on acquiring the knowledge on the fundamentals of the hospitality industry and gaining practical training skills.
Year II: Principles of Hospitality Management
Year II focuses on the operational management of the departments and aspects of general management.
Internship year
An interdepartmental rotational internship of 48 weeks (12 months) is done abroad by each student, between Year II and Year III.
Year III: Strategic Management
Year III focuses on strategic management in the global context.
