Target Audience

This is a long-term programme, with teaching on campus and opportunities of international internships, which requires a high level of involvement from the students. Therefore, those who choose this program must be prepared to make studying their main concern during the following 4 years.

Although we offer equal admission opportunities to everyone, below are the main categories of candidates whom this program is addressed to:

High School Graduates
As  the  main target audience of this program, in the beginning of their career path,  this program is the ideal way through which highschool graduates can
gradually gain experience and managerial skills for a future career in the hospitality industry.

Transferred students
Students enrolled in the first or second year of study in a post secondary hospitality management school or in a
public / private university from Romania or abroad attening either a  2-year diploma program or 3-year bachelor program with a specialization in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or related, can be transferred, under certain conditions, in the undergraduate program.

Hospitality industry employees
Another target audience consists of employees in the hospitality industry who have managerial aspirations, but still do not have the managerial knowledge and / or the certification needed to occupy such positions. This knowledge is provided through the undergraduate program, and added to their previous experience, it will provide many career opportunities for them.

People seeking a career change
They ussualy meet all or part of the conditions below:

  • they work in another field, but are considering a career change to the hospitality industry.
  • they have not yet completed their studies at higher education level.
  • their work schedule allows them to commit to a full time study program for the following 4 years.
