American Hotel Academy has its own accomodation compound. This comprises of 30 single, double or triple rooms with their own bathroom, fully furnished, cable TV, LAN.

Accomodation Procedure
The accomodation period for the academic year 2012 - 2013  will be set in due time. The accomodation is given by the student’s place confirmation order, for as many places as are available. To have campus accomodation, a student must:
- Be accepted in IHBM program
- Have confirmed by signing the Study Contract
- Be on the list of applications for accomodation
-  Pay the accomodation guarantee fee
