As a general rule, the annual tuition fee can be paid:
- in full, at the beginning of the first semester, or
- In two equal annual installments, the first one at the beginning of Semester I and the second one at the begining of Semester II.

  AMERICAN ACADEMY HOTEL also manages 3 financial support plans:

Scholarships are also available for students with outstanding results.

Tuition includes:
- Academic schooling
- Orientation session
- electronic learning resources
- Laboratory consumables
- Academic support / tutor
- Guest lecturers from the industry
- Educational field trips
- Documentary evidence of academic results
- Internet access / library
- Graduation ceremony
There are no additional fees during the programme for issuing any official student documentation, certificates, or for any other services provided by school for academic purposes.

Accommodation includes:
- Rent, common areas cleaning service and security services for nine months (during the academic year).

Accommodation does not include:
- Utilities; calculated monthly, based on common / individual  use.

 2. First internship - the summer between Year I and Year II

Costs of external placements include:
- Rates of external partners (where applicable) for contract mediation and legal formalities.
- Travel costs to the internship location.
- The cost of health insurance, consular and special government fees for internships of international students (where applicable).

Compensation is:
- The average stipend received by a student after taxes, deductions, lodging and meals for the entire period of the internship.

Costs and compensations represent a rough guide and are averages calculated from past years experience of the students. Costs can vary up or down from one year to another, depending on factors that are out of the school's control, like: rates of foreign partners, international transportation, the introduction or cancellation of taxes by the government of the country in which the internship is taking place.
In addition, compensation may vary from one host company to another.
