Our Sales & Marketing team needs a talented & motivated person, experienced in sales, marketing and/or customer care to drive the admissions efforts for the Romanian prospective students.

 

Your role at American Hotel Academy:

You’re main role is to drive the sales of our educational programs for the Romanian market. You will plan, coordinate and implement the sales efforts to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability as well as manage the admission of the prospect students.

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven sales person who actively and positively seeks out and engages customers.

 

Here Is What Your Job Will Look Like

  • Responsible for the sales and admission for the national students;
  • Drives national sales efforts in high schools, colleges or other places from Romania relevant to the target market;
  • Responsible for the achievement of targets and deadlines, as well as planning for the recruitment efforts;
  • Planning, coordinating and participating for the direct recruitment events and fairs in Romania (on-site, off-site);
  • Responsible for the on-site admission process.

 

What we need from you:

  • BA Degree in business, marketing or related fields
  • Relevant work experience in customer care, sales and/or marketing
  • High level of energy and determination to achieve goals
  • Excellent communicator
  • Open minded attitude, flexibility and adaptability
  • Customer care focus
  • Own a driving license
