American Hotel Academy offers a combination of career & personal development events along the academic year. Field trips are one of the most appreciated activity of our students!
This time our BA and Master students visited the 5-star Hotel Radisson Blu in Bucharest, as part of the career & personal development events.
The main goal of the field trip was to help students connect theoretical knowledge with practice in the industry.

At the end of the visit the students:

  • Developed their professional network
  • Strengthened their contacts with the hotel and found out the hotel’s standards and requirements from young talents
  • Discovered the internship and employment opportunities available at the hotel
  • Found out more about the back-stage operations of the hotel
  • Talked with managers directly about their daily duties

We were happy to meet with students (Mihai Litoiu, Human Resources Specialist) and alumni (Alex Tudose, F&B Supervisor), who are now working in this stunning hotel.
