Step 1: Complete the Application File, consisting of:

✓ Bachelor’s degree – notarized copy
✓ Transcripts – notarized copy
✓ English certificate (details here )– notarized copy
✓ Resume (CV) in English
✓ 3 photos (passport size)
✓ Identity Card – standard copy
✓ Birth certificate – standard copy
✓ Marriage certificate – standard copy (if applicable)
✓ Medical Certificate
✓ Registration fee receipt – 50 EUR

The admission file can be submitted by post / courier or to the Registrar’s Office. Please make sure you submit the application within the enrollment period.

Step 2. Admission Interview & Language Test

Once the application has been received, the candidate is contacted in order to schedule the admission interview. The main purpose of this interview is to evaluate the managerial skills, the willingness to invest time and effort into this program, the personality and the potential of the candidates to develop a successful career in the hospitality industry. The English test can be taken in the same day as the interview, only at the headquarter of American Hotel Academy (practice test).

Step 3. Admission decision

a. The admission decision is received by phone or by e-mail in 4-5 week days following the admission test taken.
b. Letter of Acceptance. Successful candidates will receive an official letter from American Hotel Academy stating they are admitted in the program, conditioned by completing the Application File until the end of the corresponding enrollment period.
c. Confirmation of Acceptance. Successful candidates will confirm their attendance by signing the student agreement.
