About this course

This course teaches students how to effectively develop, interpret, and express ideas through written, oral, aural, and visual communication, identify different audiences and select appropriate channels of communication with them. Students are able to then select appropriate organizational formats and channels used in developing and presenting business messages and compose accurate business documents.
