About this course
The unit introduces students to the restaurant industry, Food and Beverage operations, the importance of service, how to select restaurant service staff and prepares the students to demonstrate the role of the mise-en-place, of high quality service and to describe the steps needed for serving wine.
Our course begins with the first step for generating great user experiences: understanding what people do, think, say, and feel. In this module, you’ll learn how to keep an open mind while learning.
