About this course
This course will provide students with an in-depth understanding of the importance of food safety in all kitchens. Further on, students will be able to identify the agents responsible for food contamination determining the outcomes of foodborne illnesses and consequences. Moreover, the course will describe the management issues related to food safety and sanitation through implementing a Food Risk Management System such as HCCP to control quality, cost and food safety goals.
