About this course
This unit provides the setting of acquiring mathematical knowledge meant to support students in their working environment. The course identifies statistical concepts: indicators: mean, median, mode; Distribution shape: normal distribution, variance, standard deviation and their relevance in the culinary industry. Further on, the students will be able to calculate cost functions: fixed costs, variable costs, average costs, marginal cost and to identify supply and demand: supply function, demand function, equilibrium.
Our course begins with the first step for generating great user experiences: understanding what people do, think, say, and feel. In this module, you’ll learn how to keep an open mind while learning.
