About this course
By using the Hotel Operations, Tactics and Strategy (HOTS) simulation program, this course aims to engage students in making decisions in order to maximise revenue within a hospitality business. Students will learn and critically review key theories and approaches to revenue & strategic management in order to develop skills in managing such aspects of contemporary hotel management.
Our course begins with the first step for generating great user experiences: understanding what people do, think, say, and feel. In this module, you’ll learn how to keep an open mind while learning.
