About this course
The unit express the differences between sales and marketing including the management of sales. Students will be able to define and apply the basic concepts and principles that govern modern marketing and sales. The course will describe the stages of marketing evolution, and evaluate where it is moving to in the 2020’s, considering the marketing aim and principles and will allow students to apply the concepts of consumer behavior and consumer decision making, applicable to the hospitality industry.
Our course begins with the first step for generating great user experiences: understanding what people do, think, say, and feel. In this module, you’ll learn how to keep an open mind while learning.
