About this course
In this course, students will learn how to break down the features and structures of a successful engaging post, compare relevant industry tools for an effective community growth, classify the activities and practices involved in a healthy customer service, outline the main elements required in managing social campaigns and ultimately analyze the insights and account statements that are fundamental to Social Analysis and Reporting.
