American Hotel Academy Becomes a Partner of Bocuse d’Or Romania
We are excited to announce a partnership that marks a historic moment for Romania’s culinary scene!
For the first time ever, Romania – through ANBCT – is organizing the final national selection that will determine the team representing our country at the world-renowned Bocuse d’Or.
American Hotel Academy (AHA) proudly joins Bocuse d’Or Romania, the national competition that selects Romania’s entry for the European finals in March 2026, in Marseille. As the country’s most prestigious professional culinary competition, Bocuse d’Or Romania continues the legacy of Chef Paul Bocuse, inspiring excellence and innovation in gastronomy.
On November 27, 2025, Brașov becomes the center of Romanian gastronomy, hosting a high-level event that unites top chefs, international judges, partners, and culinary enthusiasts.
