    How To Apply

    To begin your academic journey with us, please follow the steps below to complete your application.

    Step 1

    Start the Online Application

    Click on the link provided below to access our secure online application portal. Follow the prompts to create an account and complete all sections of the application form. Choose your desired study programme and start date and be sure to provide accurate and up-to-date information, as this will help us process your application efficiently.

    Step 2

    Submit Supporting Documents

    Along with your application form, you will be required to submit various supporting documents specific to your chosen programme. Make sure to gather these documents and upload them to the application portal as per the instructions provided. You can save your file at any time and return later to upload documents and finish your application.

    A non-refundable application fee is required to process your application. You can securely pay this fee online through our application portal using a credit or debit card. Once your payment is processed successfully, your application will be considered complete.

    Step 3

    The Interview

    Our admissions team will review your application in 48 hours. If you meet the eligibility criteria you will be invited for a face-to-face interview in our campus in Brasov. Online interviews may be considered in special circumstances.

    The interview, conducted by one of our lecturers, offers an opportunity for us to learn more about you, your interests and your goals, as well as for you to ask any questions you may still have about your chosen study programme and campus life.

    Step 4

    Confirm Enrolment

    You can expect to receive an admission decision within two days of attending the interview. If you are eligible to enrol in your chosen programme, you will be issued a letter of acceptance (LOA) and a precontract.

    You will confirm your enrolment by signing the contract and submitting a down payment on tuition of €200 in 30 days in order to guarantee your seat (the down payment is then deducted from the total amount due; this amount is refundable in the unfortunate case you don’t pass the Baccalaureate exam).
