    To begin your academic journey with us, please follow the steps below to complete your application:

    Step 1

    Explore Our Programmes

    Take some time to browse through our UNDERGRADUATE and POSTGRADUATE programmes and discover which one aligns best with your career goals and interests. Whether you’re interested in hospitality or business, we have a programme tailored to suit your aspirations.

    Step 2

    Review Entry Requirements

    Before you start your application, ensure that you meet the admission requirements for your chosen programme. These requirements may vary depending on the programme and your educational background, so it’s essential to familiarize yourself with them beforehand.

    Step 3

    Start the Online Application

    Click on the link provided below to access our secure online application portal. Follow the prompts to create an account and complete all sections of the application form. Be sure to provide accurate and up-to-date information, as this will help us process your application efficiently.

    Step 4

    Submit Supporting Documents

    Along with your application form, you will be required to submit various supporting documents specific to your chosen programme. Make sure to gather these documents and upload them to the application portal as per the instructions provided.

    Required documents for undergraduate programmes
    • CV in English (download CV template here)
    • Letter of recommendation from a teacher or employer
    • Motivational essay
    • English certificate (TOEFL (minimum 80 points), IELTS (minimum Level 6), Cambridge Certificate (minimum Grade B). If you do not hold any of the certificates mentioned above, we present the option of taking the Duolingo English Test.)
    • Baccalaureate Diploma (The admission process can start before graduating from high – school, but the candidates must have graduated before the commencement of classes with AHA.)
    • ID card
    Required documents for postgraduate programmes
    • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, tourism or business management-related subject from a recognized university
    • OR a CTH Level 6 Professional Diploma
    • OR other recognized relevant qualification at Level 6
    • CTH Level 7 form (download here), for Hospitality & Tourism Management MBA and Hospitality & Tourism Management MSc
    • CV in English
    • English certificate (IELTS 6.5)
    • ID card
    Step 5

    Pay the Application Fee

    A non-refundable application fee is required to process your application. You can securely pay this fee online through our application portal using a credit or debit card. Once your payment is processed successfully, your application will be considered complete.

    Step 6

    Schedule an Admission Interview

    After submitting your application, our admissions team will review your application and qualified candidates will be invited for an admissions interview at our headquarters in Brasov. The interview, conducted by one of our lecturers, offers an opportunity for us to learn more about you, your interests and your goals, as well as for you to ask any questions you may have about our programs and campus life.

    Step 7

    Await Admission Decision

    You can expect to receive an admission decision within two days of attending the interview. We’ll keep you informed of any further steps required and notify you promptly once a decision has been made regarding your admission.
