American Hotel Academy recently hosted a truly memorable Open Day, welcoming a full house of engaged future students, partners, alumni, and guests. The event was filled with great energy, inspiring messages, and valuable insights into life and study at AHA.

We were honoured to welcome our international guests from Arden University, our degree-awarding partner: Mrs. Jo Watson and Mrs. Towella Ngambi, alongside inspiring messages from AHA’s academic team: Mrs. Ioana Turcas, Academic Director, Mrs. Cleopatra Baciu, Programme Leader, Hospitality Management, Ms. Ioana Netcu, Programme Leader, Business & Digital Marketing.

Our Career Department, represented by Mrs. Ana Leah, presented the career opportunities included in AHA’s educational package, while Student Services, represented by Ms. Ioana Barbu, highlighted student life and the support offered throughout the student journey.

A complete event is always made special by the people who support it, and we were proud to welcome inspiring hospitality leaders:

We also loved hearing from AHA alumni, including Cristina & Adrian Bularca (Habitat), who shared their entrepreneurial journey, and our alumni Victor Georgescu & Andrada Baciu, who offered real insights into the fast-paced world of Digital Marketing.

To close the event, our HR Management Lecturer, Mr. Rick Tribble left everyone with a powerful reminder:
