Professional Culinary Programme – Disciples Escoffier in partnership with AHA, Brașov
The Culinary Institute Disciples Escoffier, in partnership with American Hotel Academy, introduces in Brașov a professional culinary training programme grounded in an international educational framework defined by excellence, discipline, and hands-on practice.
This collaboration brings together the academic and professional expertise of the Culinary Institute Disciples Escoffier with the local infrastructure provided by AHA, enabling the programme to be delivered within a fully operational, real-world kitchen environment.
An International Standard of Culinary Education
The programme is delivered by the Culinary Institute Disciples Escoffier and follows a globally recognised training methodology focused on the development of practical skills, technical precision, and professional discipline.
Each session is designed to reflect the pace, structure, and expectations of a professional kitchen, offering participants an immersive and rigorous learning experience.
Programme Structure
- 14-week professional training programme
- One session per week
- Delivered in Brașov, in dedicated professional facilities

Certification
Upon completion, participants will be awarded:
- An accredited diploma for the Chef qualification
- The Basic Level Diploma issued by the Culinary Institute Disciples Escoffier
