Horizon Careers: clarity, direction, and career growth
Horizon Careers is a Career Management initiative created to respond to a growing need: the need for clarity and direction in professional decision-making.
Starting this year, Horizon Careers expands beyond academic support and offers services to a wider audience, including students, graduates, professionals, and organizations.
At the heart of this initiative is Ana Leah, psychologist and the person who has been guiding our Career Department at AHA for over 15 years. She is joined by Suzana Lupoian, whose natural empathy, patience, and genuine care for people shape every interaction into something safe, human, and supportive.
We support individuals who are:

- considering a career change
and companies looking to:
- support employee development
- introduce coaching into their teams
- build healthier, more aligned work environments
At its core, Horizon Careers combines psychology with practical career strategy, helping people move from uncertainty to clear, actionable direction.
