Ian Embury holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Staffordshire University, and among his career, he has been a lecturer at Manchester Metropolitan University and University of Derby and internationally at the Institute Paul Bocuse, France and American Hotel Academy, Romania. His area of expertise includes Hospitality and Events Management across several areas, Marketing, Project Management, Strategic Management, Operations Management, International Leadership & Management and Food and Beverage Systems.
