Ioana Netcu obtained her undergraduate degree in Finance from Cleveland State University in Cleveland, Ohio. Additionally, she completed her MBA and received certification in Risk Management, Compliance, and Governance from the same institution. Driven by her enthusiasm for continuous learning, she became an ideal candidate for a Ph.D. program at Transilvania University of Brasov, focusing on Green Finance.
