    We believe that professional success starts with personal strength. Our Life Skills Workshops are designed to help students develop the soft skills that matter most in today’s dynamic, people-centered industries..

     

    These workshops are aligned with the AHA curriculum and are tailored to each academic year and program, supporting students in building resilience, emotional intelligence, leadership, and communication – skills that employers value and students carry for life.

    How It Works

    Workshops are delivered throughout the academic year, both in-person and online
    Each student participates in three workshops per year, included in their program
    Topics are customized based on the student’s specialization and year of study
    Sessions are interactive, practical, and facilitated by experienced trainers and industry professionals
