American Hotel Academy is hosting an amazing event with Chef Liviu Preda & Lucian Dan (Sommelier). The theme of the event is “Two 4 Fun” – Food & Wine Pairing. Students will enjoy a culinary presentation conducted by Chef Liviu Preda, accompanied by Lucian Dan as the sommelier, in which they will get to learn about food & wine pairing.
