Experienced Senior Lecturer with a demonstrated history of working in hospitality for over 20 years. Work experience in contract catering, international hotels, events, and banqueting all of which support the higher education industry. Passionate about keeping important links with the industry in order to embed professionalism in our students. Teaching focused on technology in hospitality, hotel management, employability skills needed in the hospitality industry, and ethical and sustainable issues. Strong education professional with a Master of Science (MSc) in Hospitality Management, also FHEA at Manchester Metropolitan University. Further experience gained as a Link Tutor for four years at AHA Brasov Romania. Now a Link Tutor for IMI Switzerland.
