After she graduated from the University of Manchester with a BA (Hons) in the History of Design a deeper interest emerged for a greater understanding of various Art and Design disciplines, which led her to take up a post at the Manchester Metropolitan University within the Department of Food and Tourism Management.
As a Program Leader for the undergraduate programme International Hospitality Management, she have carried her teaching into another spectrum where she continues to associate the creative disciplines of Architecture and Interior design with aspects of ‘Cross Cultural Management’ aligned specifically to the performance and operational aspects of hotel service delivery and ultimately results of the internal and external customer experience.
