Ioana Turcas is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics, in Brasov and she has an experience of over 15 years in hospitality.

Food & Beverage specialty is the area in which she acquired skills in various international environments. In the American Academy, she teaches F&B and general hospitality related units. She is also responsible with providing In-house Training for the Food and Beverage sector.
