El-Abiad Zouhour

Zouhour EL- ABIAD is actually associate researcher at CRED, ESA Business School. She holds a PhD from IAE Paris I – Panthéon Sorbonne University (France) in 2009. Before joining ESA, she taught for almost 20 years at several national and international universities. She has published more than 32 articles in national, international and well ranked journals. Her PhD thesis which treated the domain of family firms was published as a book by PAF edition. She is also co-editor at JCR-BAES journal and editor at other international journals. Besides, she is regional manager of the International Business and Economics Research Academy (IBERA) and country coordinator for CEO Congress. Zouhour is especially interested in topics related to family firms, CEO compensation, corporate governance, entrepreneurship and resilience.
