The Optional Employment is designed to accommodate the online study schedule (during Year 3) and to help students cover expenses with tuition. Its main objective is to help students make the transition from intern to professional and to put them on the financial independence path.

Alternatively, students can independently identify internships, management training programs or employment on their own if they wish so, or on the school’s online career platform which features 1,000+ openings per month at top hotels around the globe.

Financial wise, the Optional Employment compensation is usually higher than previous years’ internships with some additional benefits like accommodation and meals included, which makes it a great way for students to cover the final year school expenses and even save.
