Having spent her career of almost 50 years engaging in education – how teaching and learning ‘happens’, Anne Taylor has learnt many lessons about life, people and opportunities.

 

Her passion to create a space in academics for vocationally-based opportunities in the hospitality world has pushed Anne to engage with this industry, and to understand that most of it demands a lot more than is given credit for. Helping students to understand their role, their contribution and to enable them to meet these demands through education and knowledge, has provided Anne with a gift and privilege which continues to empower her to support learning.
