Student Government exists at TASTE Academy to represent the view of our community members – the student body. It is run and governed by a group of elected students who are open to continuously grow their teams in order to have enough support and assistance with their work.Lead or be part of the Student Government
Any student can be part of TASTE Academy student election. Every year, at the beginning of the academic year, you can elect your next Student Governmentteam – that is six individuals whose job it is to lead the Student Government and make a difference to students’ lives. Being part of the Student Government is also a great opportunity to experience work and leadership challenges and to gain relevant experience for your resume
Student Body President
serves as a liaison between the students and the faculty and leads the Student Government. He/she is elected by the students at the beginning of the academic year.
Vice-President/Compliance Officer
assists the Student President and implements policies in the Student Government.
Head of Events
creates, organizes and evaluates student events and activities (parties, shows, theme clubs, workshops).
Head of Marketing & PR
assists the Student President and implements policies in the Student Government.
Head of Sales
responsible for ensuring sponsorships for students’ events and activities.
Head of Projects
creative and ambitious team, always looking to implement existing projects and innovate new ones.
Head of Interns
assists the students who are doing their internships and supports the students who are looking for internships.
Group Representatives
each academic group is represented in the Student Government and students usually volunteer for such a role and they are elected by the students in their group.
